Only two more days to sign up for the swap! Remember anyone can join, there is no like inner circle or anything. The elite who are already signed up tell your friends, post on your blog, let them know, if they want in it’s now or never baby. All the details are here. And I’m still waiting on the confirmation email from Dianne and Heidi (not this Heidi, this one).

Yes! The inspection went well. I am beyond happy about this. It lasted for about an hour and a half and I feel like they were really through, and I got to poke around the house some more which I loved.

Here is the inside of the living room. Those tiles are really painted bricks. I scraped at them a bit with a key to see what they were like under the orange paint. I want to move in like now! But I have to wait until the 10th when the oil tank in the basement comes out. Oh and see where their feet are? My mom has some left over pieces of soapstone from the kitchen that I am going to put down for the hearth. Isn’t my mom the cutest (she’s the one on the right, the girl on the left is Henri my agent)?Five more days to sign up for the super cool swap (and we have some super cool people signed up) so join in the fun. Click here.
Oh and I did go to a few estate sales today, can’t wait for the match ups!
