I showed bits of Violet’s dress in my last Ribbon Jar newsletter, but I finally got to see her in it, and it is just as cute as I thought it would be!
This is a vintage pattern, Simplicity 8047 size 2 toddler. Copy write 1977. I wish I could find this pattern in the next size up, I love it. I would change things a little bit next time, I think it would be really easy to make this a reversible jumper. Oh also the pattern includes an overall option. I left off the pocket, and stuffed toy that goes in the pocket. If anyone has any great toddler patterns that are available today in stores let me know what they are, I can’t seem to find any that I like. I love vintage patterns!

I am only new to blogging myself and can’t help you with actual in store patterns, but I do have a heap of vintage patterns and would love to send some on to you (most of them will never be used by me, I am a very basic sewer)
