When you have to buy a library book

They wouldn’t let me renew it any more and I’m using it all the time. SO good. Parents Quick & Easy. Not normal “kids” food. Actually really good stuff.
I’m blogging with minimal words this February.Ā I’d love to see snippets of your life in photos too, please leave me a link in the comments.

    April,
We just had the spinach “pesto” on noodles again tonight. You can make it in under five minutes (plus noodle cooking time), no joke (I left out the cheese because I’m dairy free right now and didn’t’ miss it FYI). We really like the “healthy” shirley temples (we used frozen cherries from last summer). The beef barley stew is so good, and so easy in the slow cooker. I really don’t think you can go wrong in this book! Oh, oh, and the peanut butter cookies šŸ™‚
