If you guessed girl yesterday, you were right! Sweet little Finley Marie. Everyone thought it was a boy (that’s what everyone told me too!). Surprise! I went over to their house when Finley was only five days old. A nice reminder of why I do newborn shoots for babies 10 days or under… even at her young age she wouldn’t stay asleep! When I found out my lovely hair dresser Heather was pregnant she excitedly said, “oh you’ll have to do the newborn photos.” And I said, “and I have to do your maternity photos, you are so freaking cute!” But Heather was not so sure. Whenever I go to a bookstore I am always checking the clearance shelves for cheap books. Tuesday loves book as much as I do and new ones (to her) are a special treat. I tend towards classics, beautifully illustrated books, and lovely prose. But I made an exception lately and got a book that makes noise.
