As of December 2011 I am not currently accepting clients.
Family is as important to me as it is to you, so I do limit the number of sessions I do. Sessions are approximately 1-2 hours and my session fee is $150, which does not include images (print or digital). A session does include a pre-shoot consultation (including going over wardrobe choices if you wish) at the studio, the session itself, and a post shoot slideshow and ordering session. You can expect 20-35 images to choose from. Life in Color Photography offers gift prints starting at $25 and portrait collections beginning at $675. There is a minimum purchase requirement (prints/canvas/albums) of $300 for all sessions.
So what can you expect in a session? You can expect to have fun, get dirty, and mess around with your family. I will be there to capture it all. I am happy to shoot at a location of your choosing, either at your home or somewhere you love to hang out (a park, downtown, your backyard, anywhere!). I do not have a shooting studio and I do not do formal posed portraits. For newborn photography the shoot may take up to four hours, I don’t like to rush.
