I recently got a huge order from Shutterfly (where I get my snapshots printed). Because it had been months (five) since I’d had any photos printed I needed to re-organize my storage binders (based on the Library of Memories/Photo Freedom concept taught at Big Picture Classes). These binders hold my printed photos by year (and further separated by season). When I want to/get to scrapbook I can pull photos out of these binders or from category drawers that hold various pictures of things that we do, people we love, places we go, etc. The idea is that after five years…

When Tuesday and I found out Chloe was coming to visit we asked our little play group if we could skip art time and do a tea party instead. In true Amber fashion I got a bit over my head, but we still had fun. I made these cute invites on the Silhouette, trying the print and cut feature for the first time, it really works! Since I was pretty productive on our scrap day I figured I’d spread the love over a couple of days. After my warm up layout I went a little crazy with this one: I tired to do some layering, but I think maybe it was a little much.
