I may not be as organized and prepared scrapbook wise as I was before Tuesday was born (I had a whole fill in the blank scrapbook ready to go), but I’m determined not to forget all the little moments happening now. I’m also determined to use some of my supplies. I’m trying hard not to fall into the trap I got into with Tuesday: middle of the night craft supply buying via my iPhone. I couldn’t craft since she didn’t sleep, so I bought tons of paper and fiber instead. Oops! I’m still crawling out from under all that goodness…

Good luck getting a three year old to tell you how in the world they got a yellow stain on the BACK of a tank top (usually only worn as an undershirt even!). It was hard enough to get her to tell me where she put my keys (under my desk in my knitting bag, “Isn’t that silly mama?”). So instead of trying to guess at every yellow thing the stain could be I decided just to cover it up. Love the Silhouette for stuff like this. “Hey this ones hard to see. Mama put another one on the front!”

I have been doing so much scrapbooking via Project Life, that “traditional” 12×12 layouts have totally fallen by the wayside for me. I don’t mind so much, but I do like that I can focus on fun paper combos and more story for the big pages. So while the computer was down I thought I’d go through some of my photos I have stashed and see which stories I wanted to tell. For my “warm up” layout I wanted to use up this “life is good” thing I’d cut maybe a year ago. I’m in total use it or loose…
