While I was going nutso trying to finish my monochromatic quilt Tuesday was definitely interested in what I was doing. I got out the design wall for her and let her mess around with her fabrics. For a while that appeased her, but then she wanted to “ho!” (a.k.a. sew!). As you saw in the video the other day, she has the main functions of my machine down. The last Project Modern Challenge for the Modern Quilt guild was a monochromatic challenge. I decided to give it a try because I had a sewing day coming up with the girls… back in January. Ever since I stumbled upon her site I’ve been so inspired by Meg from Sew Liberated. In addition to a great blog she writes some awesome patterns (including this one that I’ve made multiple times).
