Does this ever happen to you? You have a plan, you gather materials, you are for sure going to work on something when you decide to just do one thing first. For reals applesauce has to be the EASIEST thing to can. I mean there is basically one ingredient: apples. I add lemon juice so I am doubly sure my PH is canning safe, but if you’re just going to freeze it you don’t even need to add that! And of course you can fancy it up with cinnamon and/or sugar, but I leave both out, adding cinnamon (Tuesday does) upon serving. I highly suggest you make one. Ciabatta bread with mayo on both sides (I used soy free Vegenaise, it’s better than mayo, really). Have the deli slice you very thin salami Layer on spinach and roasted peppers Thinly slice an apple and take out the star (the core) If you want it add provolone (I still am not able to eat dairy because of Bennet) Press it like it’s hot. Yum, yum, YUM!
