But um, this takes the cake.

From my contact us page over at the Ribbon Jar:

"Questions/Concerns: how the hell do you find ANYTHING   FIRE THE WEB DESIGNER: THEY STINK"

You know, I always respond to people and tell them thanks for their feedback, no matter what it is. I figure I can always learn, but this one just got me, so I'm afraid they are not going to be hearing back from us. I initially put this under junk mail because I thought it was someone trying to get me to hire their web designer (which by the way is me). Now that I think it's real it's just cracking me up too bad. I stink. LOL, funny how she found the contact us page. 🙂

    oh people are just fun to try to figure out sometimes. Obviously this person doesn’t know the basics for navigating even the most user friendly website! I think your site is fabulous! I especially enjoy moving the mouse over the colored jars to find my way!

    She’s probably just jealous she didn’t think of such a cool business. I honestly think some people just get bored and wander around the internet looking for trouble. You know the saying “kill them with kindness” – email her back and say “I’d be more than happy to help you, what exactly were you searching for?” Wow, what a grumpy person.
